What to expect from us.
Once you contact us, we will email you or call you or both. If you are in a reasonable distance from us we will find a time to meet with you and have an interview about your situation. Then we will schedule the investigation. At the time of the investigation we will set up all of our equipment, we will do a full investigation.The amount of time this takes will vary depending on the size of the location and the condition of the location. We will try and find as many cause and effects to your claims as we can during the investigation. When we are done we will return to our home base and go over all the evidence and get back in touch with to let you know what we find or do not find.

Cooperation first. We would like everyone out of the house during the investigation including pets, if at all possible. This cuts down on noise and interruption. We can still investigate with people in the house. We just ask that activity is kept at a minimum. We investigate in the dark so we need the floors as clutter free as possible. Patience second. It takes longer to go over the evidence than ten minutes. It takes hours and hours. And if we find something , even longer. So in most cases we will not call you back the next day.
Just remember, we do what we do best when we are left alone to do what we do best.

Any evidence we do collect we will make sure you receive a copy. We will not share any personal information or evidence with anyone but the client without your consent.
