Another location built in the 1800's and was once a stagecoach stop. The owners of this restaurant have some great paranormal stories.  We were very happy to be able to investigate here. We went in with just four of us. The set up was pretty clean since we were only investigating the main floor. The ballroom was where we started. We all heard whispers that we could not identify. Unfortunately, the noise pollution was our own fault. We should have let the owners turn off the ice machines. When we moved to the bar area, it wasn't as active but there was something going on. We went into the kitchen area. This was interesting. When we started asking questions, the radio they had in there went off with the volume turned all of the way up. The lyrics "Your my angel, come and save me tonight" played. That was strange. There was a light that we tried to find the source of for about a half an hour in one of the smaller kitchen rooms. The light would flash in orange and an white. We searched the entire room. Every time we started looking for it nothing would happen. As soon as we would stop it would stop. We have no idea where this was coming from. We ended up back in the large ballroom area. Once again we were hearing whispers and seeing shadows. Nelson was leaning up against one of the tables with his camera hanging down beside him. Something grabbed the camera after he said something like you can scare us if that's what you would like to do. It worked. We did not get it on video but did on audio. We also had a handful of EVP's. This was a good location to investigate. Another unfortunate event was that we lost half of the video and audio when someones computer took a tumble. We still had enough to know something was paying attention to us. The owners are very nice and have some great stories and the menu if fantastic. It's only 4 miles outside of Waterloo and well worth a visit.
