We were contacted by one of the owners who thought we should check the place out. We got to the location and it turns out the Defabio has been there a long time. It was built in the 1800's and was a private home until the 1930's. It of course had several owners over the years. The main hallway had claims of a man that greets people and a woman that walks down the stairs. Rob and Steve ended up catching a good unexplainable EVP from this area.The chapel area also had a few claims. The basement had some claims of feelings of being watched as well as a feeling of heaviness. Adam Nelson and Shane were down there and Shane and Adam both saw something in the entrance to the crawl space. They both described it as white and protruding from the wall. We did come out with a few EVP's. Unfortunately, we did not come out with as much as we wanted. There was a festival going on and it did hinder the progress of the evening. But some time in the future we will go back when we have access to the entire building. Chances are, if there is something of intelligence moving around in the place, it was smart enough to go where we couldn't.
